Liverpool will face off against Bournemouth at the Vitality Stadium this Sunday evening as they look to secure all three points on the road in the Premier League. The Reds secured a 2-1 win over Fulham recently which should keep them in high spirits ahead of this game.
Jurgen Klopp will set his side up in a 4-3-3 formation and is expected to name a strong first XI for this game. Dominik Szoboszlai and Darwin Nunez will both get a chance to play from the start of this contest this weekend.
4-3-3 Liverpool Predicted Lineup To Face Bournemouth
Defence
Alisson Becker will feature in between the sticks for the Reds after getting a rest on the bench against Fulham. Virgil Van Dijk will resume his partnership with Ibrahima Konate at the heart of the Liverpool backline as they look to keep things solid at the back during the 90 minutes.
Conor Bradley could keep his spot at right-back in the injury absence of Trent Alexander-Arnold. Joe Gomez would try to catch the eye on the other flank as the left-back. Klopp will give both of them the license to pick and choose their moments to join in on the attack.
Jarell Quansah will provide cover for the defensive positions on the bench.
Midfield
Curtis Jones, Alexis Mac Allister and Dominik Szoboszlai, who is a slight concern ahead of this game, will make up Klopp’s midfield as they try to establish their superiority over the opposition at the centre of the park. All three of them need to move the ball well if they want to create enough chances for Liverpool to win this contest.
Ryan Gravenberch will have to settle for a spot on the bench as he waits for his chance to make an impact in the second 45 minutes if required.
Attack
Darwin Nunez will get a chance to impress on the left flank while Luis Diaz hopes to give a good account of himself as the right-sided wide player. Diogo Jota will lead the charge for the Reds in the final third. The Portuguese forward would be eager to get his name on the scoresheet after failing to do so in his last outing.
Harvey Elliott and Cody Gakpo will be available for selection on the bench and might come on to influence the game in the latter stages if needed.
