Manchester City locked horns with Newcastle United at St. James’ Park earlier this evening as they hoped to secure all three points on the road in the Premier League. The Mancunian club made a good start to the game and got their noses ahead in the 26th minute when Bernardo Silva found the back of the net with a cheeky finish. However, Alexander Isak equalised for the home side just nine minutes later before Anthony Gordon completed the turnaround for them in the 37th minute. Pep Guardiola‘s men went into the half-time break 2-1 down on the scoreline.
Kevin de Bruyne equalised for Man City in the 74th minute before Oscar Bobb netted the winning goal in injury-time. The contest ended with the Mancunian giants earning a brilliant 3-2 win away from home.
