Manchester City entertained Huddersfield Town at the Etihad Stadium earlier today as they hoped to earn a good result in the FA Cup. Pep Guardiola‘s men made a dominant start to the game and got their noses ahead in the 33rd minute via Phil Foden’s goal. Julian Alvarez doubled Man City’s advantage just four minutes later as the home side went into the half-time 2-0 up on the scoreline.
Ben Johnson scored an unfortunate own goal for the visitors in the 58th minute before Foden got his name on the scoresheet again in the 65th minute. Jeremy Doku grabbed another goal for Guardiola’s team just nine minutes later as Man City cruised to an impressive 5-0 victory at the Etihad.
