Chelsea entertained Fulham at Stamford Bridge earlier today as they looked to secure all three points at home in the Premier League. The Blues made a solid start to the game and got their noses ahead in the first half injury-time thanks to Cole Palmer’s penalty. Mauricio Pochettino’s men went into the half-time break 1-0 up on the scoreline.

Palmer was a threat at times and managed to score the only goal of the game from the penalty spot in the dying embers of the first half.

He worked his socks off in the opponent’s half and was unfortunate not to score in the second half.

Sterling performed his defensive duties well but failed to make a difference in the final third.
