So far, he has played in 28 games and provided six assists. In the absence of Reece James and Ben Chilwell, Gallagher has often been the captain in the 2023/24 season.
Gallagher’s future at Chelsea is not clear because he has less than 18 months left on his contract. Many clubs have noticed this, and Tottenham Hotspur are interested in getting him before the January transfer window closes.
