Tottenham Hotspur locked horns with Manchester City at the Etihad Stadium earlier this evening as they looked to grind out a result on their travels in the Premier League. Spurs made a quick start to the contest and scored the opening goal in the sixth minute when Heung-min Son got his name on the scoresheet. However, Son scored an unfortunate own goal just three minutes later. Phil Foden gave Man City the lead in the 31st minute as Angelos Postecoglu’s men went into the half-time break 2-1 down on the scoreline.
Giovani Lo Celso equalised for Tottenham with a great finish in the 69th minute. However, Jack Grealish found the back of the net in the 81st minute which put Man City 3-2 up on the scoreline. However, Dejan Kulusevski equalised for Spurs in the 90th minute. The match finished with Tottenham securing a hard-fought 3-3 draw away from home.
