Romero Gets 8, Udogie With 6 | Tottenham Hotspur Players Rated In Derby Defeat Vs West Ham United

Tottenham Hotspur entertained West Ham United at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium earlier tonight as they looked to secure all three points in the London derby. Spurs made a good start to the game and got their noses ahead in the 11th minute thanks to Cristian Romero’s excellent header. Angelos Postecoglu’s men went into the half-time interval 1-0 up on the scoreline.

However, Tottenham conceded the equaliser in the 52nd minute when Jarrod Bowen found the back of the net. James Ward-Prowse ended up netting the winning goal for West Ham in the 74th minute. The home team failed to come up with a response and crashed to a 2-1 defeat in front of their home fans.

Let’s take a look at how each Tottenham Hotspur player fared during the clash against the Hammers.

GK: Guglielmo Vicario – 6/10

Vicario made a few solid saves at the back but should have done better to prevent Ward-Prowse’s goal.

RB: Pedro Porro – 7.5/10

The Spaniard earned the ball back twice and was a real menace in the opponent’s half. He has got an assist to show for his efforts.

CB: Cristian Romero – 8/10

Romero was a rock at the back and managed to score the opener with a great header in the 11th minute.

CB: Ben Davies – 6.5/10

He performed his defensive duties well and was good on the ball.
