Rice And Zinchenko Get 7 | Arsenal Players Rated In Tough Loss Vs Aston Villa

Arsenal faced off against Aston Villa at Villa Park earlier this evening as they hoped to secure a good result on their travels in the Premier League. The Gunners made a slow start to the contest and conceded the opening goal in the seventh minute when John McGinn got his name on the scoresheet. Mikel Arteta‘s men went into the half-time break 1-0 down on the scoreline.

The North London club struggled to mount a comeback in the second half and crashed to a narrow 1-0 loss away from home.

Let’s take a look at how each Arsenal player fared during the contest against the Villans.

GK: David Raya – 6/10

He made a couple of solid saves during the game but couldn’t do much about McGinn’s excellent finish in the seventh minute.

RB: Ben White – 6.5/10

White kept things tidy when defending inside his half but struggled to make an impact going forward.

CB: William Saliba – 6.5/10

He got stuck in with a few solid tackles but failed to secure a clean sheet this evening.

CB: Gabriel – 6.5/10

The Brazilian talent cleared his lines when required and was good on the ball as well.
