Manchester City welcomed Crystal Palace at the Etihad Stadium earlier today as they hoped to earn all three points at home in the Premier League. The Mancunian club made a good start to the game and scored the opener in the 24th minute thanks to Jack Grealish’s effort. Pep Guardiola‘s men went into the half-time break 1-0 up on the scoreline.
Rico Lewis doubled the home team’s advantage in the 54th minute. However, Jean-Philippe Mateta got a goal back for the visitors in the 76th minute before Michael Olise equalised for Crystal Palace from the penalty spot in injury time.
