Alexander-Arnold Gets 9, Van Dijk With 8 | Liverpool Players Rated In Lackluster Draw Vs Manchester United

Liverpool entertained Manchester United at Anfield earlier this evening as they looked to secure a good result at home in the Premier League. The Reds made a dominant start to the game but were held to a goalless scoreline at the half-time break.

Jurgen Klopp‘s men threw everything but the kitchen sink in the second half and had to settle for a 0-0 draw in front of their home fans.

Let’s take a look at how each Liverpool player performed during the contest against the Red Devils.

GK: Alisson Becker – 7/10

The Brazilian keeper made one good save at the back and secured an easy clean sheet at home.

He performed his defensive duties well and made a lot of excellent chances for his teammates in the opponent’s half.

Konate got stuck in with some solid tackles and was a good presence on the ball.

CB: Virgil Van Dijk – 8/10

The Dutch talent performed his defensive duties well and was a threat at the other end of the pitch.
