West Ham United locked horns with Backa Topola at the TSC Arena earlier this evening as they hoped to earn a positive result on the road in the UEFA Europa League. The Hammers made a decent start to the game but were held to a scoreless draw at the half-time interval.
Tomas Soucek finally broke the deadlock in the 89th minute as West Ham ended up securing a narrow 1-0 win away from home.
