Arsenal locked horns with Newcastle United at St. James’ Park earlier this evening as they looked to earn a good result on their travels in the Premier League. The Gunners made a solid start to the game and managed to get to the half-time break with a goalless scoreline.
Mikel Arteta‘s men conceded the opening goal in the 64th minute when Anthony Gordon scored from close range. The contest ended with the Gunners crashing to a poor 1-0 loss away from home.

The England international was a positive influence at both ends of the pitch.
RW: Bukayo Saka – 6/10
Saka was quiet for most of the game and never looked like he would score.
ST: Eddie Nketiah – 6/10
He made one good chance in the final third but failed to register a goal.
