Doku Gets A Perfect 10 | Manchester City Players Rated In Dominant Win Vs Bournemouth

Manchester City welcomed Bournemouth at the Etihad Stadium earlier today as they hoped to secure a good result at home in the Premier League. Pep Guardiola‘s men made a good start to the game and scored the opening goal at the half-hour mark when Jeremy Doku found the back of the net. Bernardo Silva doubled Man City’s advantage just three minutes later before Manuel Akanji made it 3-0 in the 37th minute. The Mancunian outfit went into the half-time break 3-0 up on the scoreline.

Phil Foden killed the game off in the 64th minute. However, Luis Sinisterra got a goal back for the Cherries just ten minutes later. Bernardo Silva and Nathan Ake managed to score late in the game as Man City cruised to a dominant 6-1 win at the Etihad.

Let’s take a look at how each Manchester City player performed during the clash against the Cherries.

GK: Ederson – 6/10

The Brazilian talent hardly had anything to do in the game but would be disappointed after conceding a goal in the 74th minute which ruined his hopes of a clean sheet.

CB: Manuel Akanji – 7.5/10

Akanji kept things solid at the back and managed to score in the 37th minute.

CB: John Stones – 7/10

He didn’t do much wrong when defending inside his half and did enough to limit the opposition to just one goal.

CB: Nathan Ake – 8/10

Ake cleared the danger when needed and made two good chances going forward.
