Barcelona faced off against Real Sociedad at the Reale Arena earlier tonight as they hoped to secure a good result on their travels in La Liga. Xavi’s men made a solid start to the game but were held to a scoreless draw at the half-time interval.
Both teams cancelled each other in the second 45 minutes. However, Ronald Araujo scored a dramatic winning goal in injury-time as the contest finished 1-0 in favour of Barca.

Gundogan earned the ball back a few times and was a threat going forward. He ended the game with an assist to his name.

Balde was a positive influence at both ends of the field.

He had some bright moments in the final third and was replaced in the 56th minute.
