Chelsea locked horns with Tottenham Hotspur at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium earlier tonight as they looked to secure a win in the London derby. The Blues made a slow start to the game and conceded the opening goal in the sixth minute when Dejan Kulusevski scored with a deflected attempt. However, the visitors found themselves at a numerical advantage in the 33rd minute when Cristian Romero was sent off by the referee. Cole Palmer equalised for Chelsea from the penalty spot as Mauricio Pochettino’s men went into the half-time break with a 1-1 scoreline.
