Chelsea faced off against Burnley at Turf Moor earlier today as they looked to earn a victory on their travels in the Premier League. The Blues made a poor start to the game as they conceded the opening goal in the 15th minute when Wilson Odobert found the back of the net for the Clarets. However, Mauricio Pochettino’s men responded in the 42nd minute when Ameen Al-Dakhil scored an unfortunate own goal. The two teams went into the half-time break with a 1-1 scoreline.
Cole Palmer gave Chelsea the lead from the penalty spot in the 50th minute before Raheem Sterling killed the game just after the hour mark. Nicolas Jackson added another goal in the 74th minute as the West London giants cruised to a dominant 4-1 win away from home.
Let’s take a look at how each Chelsea player fared during the clash against the Clarets.
