Barcelona will take on Osasuna as they travel to El Sadar on Sunday night looking to keep their unbeaten streak going. The Spanish giants come into the match on the back of a 4-3 victory over Villareal, so we can expect them to produce a winning display once again.
Xavi will probably set his side up in a 4-3-3 formation and is expected to keep the changes to a minimum. Ferran Torres will get the nod over Lamine Yamal as the former got his name on the scoresheet in the last outing.
4-3-3 Barcelona Predicted XI Vs Osasuna
Defence
Marc-André ter Stegen will feature in goal for Barca after conceding three goals in his last league outing. Joules Kounde will get a chance to partner alongside Andreas Christensen in the heart of Barca’s backline as Ronald Araujo remains sidelined.
Alejandro Balde will operate as the right-back while Marcos Alonso functions in the opposite side as the left-back. Both of them will have to remain compact defensively and also get forward to provide support from the wide areas.
Eric Garcia and Sergi Roberto will provide cover for the defensive line as they take a spot on the bench.
Midfield
Frenkie de Jong, Oriol Romeu and Ilkay Gundigan will anchor the midfield for Barca as they look to establish their dominance over the opposition at the centre of the park. The talented trio will have to engineer enough opportunities for the Spanish giants to win the game.
Attack
Ferran Torres and Gavi will operate as the right and left wingers in the final third. Both of them will need to get behind the opposition to create chances in front of the goal.
Robert Lewandowski will lead the charge for the Catalan club in the final third. The Polish striker would be eager to make a difference for Barca this weekend.
Ansu Fati will be named on the bench and might come on in the final quarter of the game if required.
