Manchester United locked horns with Burnley at Turf Moor earlier tonight as they looked to earn a good result away from home in the Premier League. The Red Devils made a good start to the contest and scored the opening goal in the 45th minute when Bruno Fernandes found the back of the net with an excellent strike. Erik ten Hag’s men went into the half-time break 1-0 up on the scoreline.
The Mancunian club defended as a unit in the second 45 minutes and earned a narrow 1-0 win on the road.

The Spanish talent performed his defensive duties well but offered very little in the final third.

McTominay anchored the midfield well and was not shy of having a strike at goal.

He earned possession back twice and made two inviting chances in the Burnley half.
LW: Marcus Rashford – 7/10
Rashford was a constant menace in the final third but failed to get his name on the scoresheet.

He made two good opportunities for others around him in the opposition half.

The Portugal international came back to defend when needed and scored a great goal just before the half-time break.
