Tottenham Hotspur locked horns with Brentford at the Gtech Community Stadium earlier today as they hoped to secure a positive result on the road. Spurs made a quick start to the game and got their noses ahead in the 11th minute thanks to Cristian Romero’s effort. However, Bryan Mbeumo equalised from the penalty spot in the 26th minute before Yoane Wissa completed the turnaround for Brentford just ten minutes later. Emerson Royal equalised for Tottenham in the first half injury-time as the two teams went into the half-time break with a 2-2 scoreline.
Both clubs canceled each other out in the second 45 minutes as the Premier League contest finished 2-2 after the full-time whistle.
