Aston Villa faced off against Burnley at Turf Moor earlier today as they looked to earn a positive result on the road in the Premier League. The Villans made a decent start to the game and scored the opening goal in the eighth minute thanks to Matty Cash’s effort. Cash doubled his team’s advantage just 12 minutes later as the West Midlands club went into the half-time interval 2-0 up on the scoreline.
Unai Emery’s men conceded a goal early in the second half when Lyle Foster found the back of the net for the home team. However, Moussa Diaby killed the game off when he scored for the Villans in the 61st minute. The contest ended with Aston Villa securing an impressive 3-1 win away from home.

McGinn worked hard for his team in the Burnley half but there was no goal for him.
