Danjuma And Maupay To Start | 4-5-1 Everton Predicted Lineup Vs Wolves

Everton will entertain Wolverhampton Wanderers at Goodison Park this Saturday afternoon as they focus on securing a good result at home in the Premier League. The Toffees suffered a poor 4-0 defeat at the hands of Aston Villa recently which has drained their confidence ahead of this game.

Sean Dyche will once again set his players up in a 4-5-1 formation and could make some changes to his starting XI for this game. Arnaut Danjuma and Neal Maupay will play from the start of this game.

Defence

Jordan Pickford will feature in between the sticks for the Merseyside outfit after shipping in four goals in his last Premier League appearance. Michael Keane will once again play along with James Tarkowski at the centre of Everton’s backline as they try to keep the Wolves attackers frustrated during the game.

Ashley Young could get a chance to impress as the left-back while Nathan Patterson looks to catch the eye as the right-back. Both of them would be eager to keep things solid at the back and deliver adequate support to the front players.

Ben Godfrey will provide cover for the defensive positions on the bench.

Midfield

Amadou Onana, Idrissa Gueye and Abdoulaye Doucoure will operate as the holding midfielders as they look to make life tough for the opposition at the centre of the park.

Arnaut Danjuma will play as the left-winger while James Garner hopes to catch the eye on the right flank. Both of them need to stretch the pitch well if the Toffees are to create enough chances to win this clash at Goodison Park.

Tyler Onyango will have to be content with a spot on the bench and might come on to make an impact in the second half if Dyche opts to call upon his services.

Attack

Neal Maupay will lead the charge for the Merseyside giants in the final third. However, Dominic Calvert-Lewin will be sidelined for this game.
