West Ham United faced off against Fiorentina at the Eden Arena in Prague as they looked to secure a win in the UEFA Europa Conference League final. The Hammers made a solid start to the game and managed to get to the half-time break with a goalless scoreline.
Said Benrahma opened the goal-scoring for the East London club in the 62nd minute from the penalty spot. However, Giacomo Bonaventura equalised for the Italian outfit just five minutes later. Jarrod Bowen ended up netting the winning goal for West Ham in the 90th minute as the contest finished 2-1 in favour of David Moyes’ men.
Let’s take a look at how each West Ham United player performed during the match against Fiorentina.

RB: Vladimir Coufal – 8/10
He was solid at the back and produced a decent display going forward.
CB: Kurt Zouma – 6.5/10
The French talent didn’t do much wrong in the game and had to come off with an injury just after the hour mark.
CB: Nayef Aguerd – 6/10
He was slow to react to the danger in the lead-up to Bonaventura’s goal. However, Aguerd was a good presence on the ball.
LB: Emerson Palmieri – 6.5/10
Emerson was far from convincing at the back but made some driving runs with the ball on the left flank.
CM: Tomas Soucek – 6.5/10
He struggled to get a foothold in the game at times and produced a hard-fought performance at the centre of the park.
CM: Declan Rice – 7/10

He earned the penalty which Benrahma scored. Bowen went on to score the winning goal in the 90th minute which will live long in the memories of the West Ham fans.
CAM: Lucas Paqueta – 8/10
The Brazilian talent set up Bowen’s winning goal with a great pass and caused a few problems for the opposition defenders.
