Bruno Fernandes Siblings: Does the Manchester United Star Have Any Sisters?

Bruno Fernandes is a professional footballer who plays as an attacking midfielder or a wide player for Manchester United and the Portuguese national team. The 28-year-old has proven his worth as a reliable performer at Old Trafford after joining the Red Devils from Sporting back in 2020.

Fernandes managed to help Man United win the Carabao Cup and make a top-four push in the 2022-23 Premier League campaign.

Bruno Fernandes: Early Life

Bruno Fernandes was born in Maia, Portugal, and was a fan of Porto and Manchester United when he was young. The Portuguese talent used to idolize his international teammate, Cristiano Ronaldo, Paul Scholes, Ronaldinho, Zinedine Zidane, and Stephen Ireland when he was growing up. He came through the youth ranks of Boavista before joining Novara in Italy back in 2013.

After playing in Italy for a little less than five years, Fernandes sealed a move to Sporting CP from Sampdoria in 2017. He managed to establish himself as a consistent performer in Portuguese football before he got his dream move to Man United in 2020.

Fernandes was voted the Mancunian club’s player of the year for his contributions for them in the 2019-20 campaign.

Does Bruno Fernandes Have Any Siblings?

Bruno Fernandes has one old sibling. His name is Ricardo Fernandes.

Ricardo was a competitive football player himself as he played football on the mean streets of Porto during his childhood. However, Fernandes has not revealed much about his brother.

Fernandes’ father was also a competitive footballer but didn’t play the sport professionally at the highest level. Both of his parents are big football fans and have been quite supportive of Bruno’s playing career.

We wish Bruno Fernandes the best for the future.
