Manchester United entertained Leeds United at Old Trafford earlier tonight as they hoped to earn a positive result at home in the Premier League. The Red Devils made a poor start to the game and conceded the opening goal in the first minute when Wilfried Gnonto found the back of the net for the visitors. Man United failed to mount a comeback and went into the half-time break 1-0 down on the scoreline.
Raphael Varane scored an unfortunate own goal in the 48th minute. However, Marcus Rashford got a goal back for Erik ten Hag’s side just 14 minutes later before Jadon Sancho equalised for Man United in the 70th minute. The match ended with the two teams playing out a 2-2 draw at the Theatre of Dreams.
