France will take on Tunisia at the Education City Stadium this Wednesday as they look to finish the group stages with maximum points. Les Bleus managed to earn a 2-1 victory over Denmark last time out as they secured their place in the knockout rounds of the 2022 FIFA World Cup grabbing two consecutive wins and leading the table.
Didier Deschamps could opt for a 4-3-3 formation and could make a host of changes to his first team this weekend as he gives plenty of players the time to rest. Kylian Mbappe is in great form recently and will be leading the charge against the opposition.
4-3-3 France Predicted Line Up Vs Tunisia
Alphonse Areola will get the chance to operate in goal for France as Hugo Lloris drops to the bench. Willian Saliba could get a chance to impress alongside Ibrahima Konate as they look to keep a solid shape at the back and prevent Tunisia from finding the back of the net.
Benjamin Pavard will keep his place at right-back while Edouard Camavinga replaces Theo Hernandez as he fills in on the other side as the left-back with Lucas Hernandez suffering a devastating injury.
Dayot Upamecano and Theo Hernandez will have to settle for a spot on the bench as they provide cover for the defensive positions.
Midfield
Matteo Gendouzi, Jordan Veretout and Wesley Fofana will anchor the midfield for Les Bleus as they look to dominate possession in the middle of the park and engineer some decent chances for the front three.
Aurelien Tchouameni and Adrian Rabiot will be named on the bench and could come on in the latter stages of the game if needed.
Attack
Kingsley Coman and Marcus Thuram will provide support from the wide areas as they get the chance to start in this fixture.
As mentioned earlier, Kylian Mbappe will lead the line for Les Bleus on the attacking end of the field. The French striker would look forward to putting in another productive performance in the 2022 FIFA World Cup in midweek after scoring yet another brace versus Denmark in his last outing.
Olivier Giroud and Antonio Griezman will be named on the bench but might come on to make an impact in the latter stages of the game if France are in need of a goal by then.
