Juventus will entertain Maccabi Haifa at the Allianz Stadium this Wednesday night as they look to secure a victory at home. The Turin outfit managed to earn a 3-0 victory over Bologna which will give them some confidence ahead of this clash in the UEFA Chamoions League.
Massimiliano Allegri will set his players up in a 4-4-2 formation and could be inclined to name an unchanged first XI for this game. Hence, we can once again expect to see Dusan Vlahovic lead the line alongside Arkadiusz Milik up top.
4-4-2 Juventus Predicted Lineup To Face Maccabi Haifa
Defence
Wojciech Szczęsny will operate in between the sticks for Juve after he kept a clean sheet versus Bologna recently. Gleison Bremer will play alongside Leonardo Bonucci at the centre of Juventus’ backline as they try to restrict the opposition from scoring in midweek.
Danilo will act as the right-back while Alex Sandro hopes to give a good account of himself on the other side as the left-back. Both of them will get the license to get forward and join in on the attack at every chance they get.
Daniele Rugani and Mattia De Sciglio will provide cover for the defensive positions on the bench.
Midfield
Adrien Rabiot and Manuel Locatelli will anchor the midfield for the Turin side as they look to establish their dominance at the centre of the park.
Filip Kostić will hope to catch the eye on the left flank while Weston McKennie tries to put in an influential display as the right-winger. Both of them need to stretch the pitch out on the wide areas and cause a lot of problems for the Maccabi Haifa defenders.
Kostic found the back of the net in his last appearance which will keep him in good spirits ahead of this clash at the Allianz Stadium.
Juan Cuadrado and Fabio Miretti will be available for selection on the bench as they wait for their opportunity to shine in the second half if needed.
Attack
As mentioned earlier, Dusan Vlahovic and Arkadiusz Milik will spearhead Allegri’s attack in the final third. Both Juve strikers managed to get their names on the scoresheet versus Bologna, so we can expect them to be deadly in front of the Maccabi Haifa goal in midweek.
Moise Kean will have to be content with a spot on the bench but might come on to make an impact in the latter stages of the contest if Juve are in need of a goal by then.
