Real Madrid faced off against Getafe at the Estadio Coliseum Alfonso Pérez earlier tonight as they looked to earn a good result on the road in La Liga. Los Blancos made a dream start to the game as they took the lead in the third minute courtesy of Eder Militao’s goal. Carlo Ancelotti’s men controlled the game well and managed to get into the half-time break 1-0 up on the scoreline.

He didn’t do much wrong when defending at the back and even orchestrated two inviting chances from the left flank.

Modric controlled the flow of the game really well and picked up an assist for setting up Militao’s goal.

He anchored the midfield with conviction and was a real threat in the final third.

The French talent worked hard but lacked quality in the Getafe half.

Valverde managed to create some meaningful openings for others around him but failed to register a goal.
