Schar And Joelinton Get 8.5 | Newcastle United Players Rated In Impressive Win Vs Nottingham Forest

Newcastle United welcomed Nottingham Forest at St. James’ Park earlier today as they looked to earn all three points in front of their home fans. The Magpies made a strong start to the game but were held to a scoreless draw at half-time.

Fabian Schar broke the deadlock with a powerful strike in the 58th minute before Callum Wilson made it 2-0 to Newcastle just 20 minutes later with a great finish. The match ended with the Tyneside outfit securing an impressive 2-0 win at home.

Targett performed his defensive duties well and made a few promising chances in the final third.
