Tottenham Hotspur clash against West Ham United as they travel to London Stadium on Thursday afternoon looking to continue their undefeated run. The Spurs come into the match on the back of an emphatic 2-0 victory against Nottingham Forest. Similarly, the Hammers also secured a narrow 1-0 win against Aston Villa last weekend.
Antonio Conte will opt for the conventional 3-4-3 formation with Harry Kane leading the line on his own up top.
Tottenham Hotspur 3-4-3 Predicted Lineup Vs West Ham United
Defence
Hugo Lloris will function in goal for the Lilywhites as the French shot-stopper would hope to put up a strong performance and secure another clean sheet in this away encounter. Davinson Sanchez will form the centre-half partnership with Eric Dier and Ben Davies at the heart of Spurs’ backline as Cristian Romero still recovers from his injury.
Ivan Perisic would continue on the left wing-back position, whereas Emerson Royal will fill in on the other flank as the right wing-back. The full-backs will be expected to remain compact and stretch the opposition backline when on the front foot.
Ryan Sessegnon would take the spot on the bench looking to provide cover in the wing-back positions.
Midfield
Pierre-Emile Hojbjerg might start in the holding midfield position and could be assigned more of a defensive role to shield the back three.
Rodrigo Bentancur will slot into the central midfield role looking to distribute the ball efficiently to his teammates. Djed Spence could come on in the second half to create an impact replacing Bentancur if required.
Attack
Harry Kane will lead the line against the Hammers as the England international will hope to find the back of the net and put in an impressive display in the attacking third.
Son Heung-Min and Dejan Kulusevki would take up the wing positions looking to create some clear-cut goal-scoring chances in front of the goal.
Richarlison and Lucas Moura could come off the bench in the second half, looking to create an impact if required.
