Liverpool Vs Villareal Match Preview: Talking Tactics, Team News And Streaming Links

Liverpool visit La Ceramica Stadium to face Villareal for the return leg on Wednesday to book a place in the finals of the UEFA Champions League.

The Reds ended up taking the lead over Villareal as they won 2-0 in the first leg of the Champions League semifinal clash but Unai Emery’s men have upset the odds before.

Jurgen Klopp’s side head into the contest on the back of a 1-0 victory over Newcastle United in the Premier League, whereas Villareal come into the match after a disappointing 2-1 defeat at the hands of Alaves.

Liverpool Vs Villareal: Talking Tactics

Jurgen Klopp will set his side up in a 4-3-3 formation and could ask his players to get a stronghold in the game and create enough decent chances to advance to the final.

Unai Emery will probably opt for a 4-3-3 formation and might instruct his men to keep a solid defensive shape so that they don’t concede any more goals and try to hurt the Reds on the counter.
