James is having a wonderful campaign in the English capital after he found some consistency with his performances as a key member of Thomas Tuchel’s first XI. The London-born sensation has taken part in 31 matches for the Blues this season, netting six goals and grabbing seven assists in all competitions.
The 22-year-old has given a good account of himself at Stamford Bridge by averaging 1.2 tackles, 0.6 interceptions, 0.6 clearances, 1.3 shots, 1.7 key passes and 1.1 dribbles per game in the Premier League. Is James A Good Choice For Real Madrid?
James can be a decent defender at the back when he is playing with confidence on the pitch. More importantly, he has got the pace to make some dangerous runs down the right flank. James is primarily a right-back but can also fill in as a right-winger or act as a centre-half if needed.
Furthermore, the ten-time England international is a good crosser of the ball and has got the vision to engineer some promising chances for his teammates up top. He can even strike the ball with a lot of venom and accuracy which makes him a real goal-threat from long range.
James will be a brilliant choice for the Madrid giants to consider during the summer transfer period. We can expect him to serve as an upgrade over Dani Carvajal and Lucas Vazquez for the right-back position at the Santiago Bernabeu Stadium.
