Rangers have already surprised many by roping in Aaron Ramsey on loan from Juventus and his fellow compatriot Gareth Bale is now linked over a shock transfer after the bookies have priced Ibrox as one of his potential destinations. This has surfaced following his recent comments as quoted by the Daily Record.
“He’s said he’s enjoying it at Rangers and it’s a big club. Enjoying your football is the most important thing because if you’re happy in what you’re doing you’re going to play better.”

His Real Madrid contract is finally reaching its conclusion by the end of the current campaign and the Gers have been named as 12/1 to be his next club on a Bosman. He has made 5 appearances for Los Blancos so far this term, but the lack of playing minutes did not stop him from maintaining his mastery in Wales colours.
Having said that, Bale will be 33 next season and there’s little possibility of securing another high-profile transfer at the twilight of a glorious career. However, he still has a couple of years left in his game and the Gers must explore the opportunity in case the attacker accepts a drastic wage cut in the forthcoming future.
