Liverpool locked horns with Brighton and Hove Albion at the American Express Community Stadium earlier this afternoon as they looked to secure a positive result on their travels. The Reds made a decent start to the game and got their noses ahead in the 19th minute courtesy of Luis Diaz’s brave header. The Merseyside outfit cruised to a 1-0 lead at the half-time break.
Mohamed Salah scored from the penalty spot in the 61st minute to make it 2-0 to Liverpool. Jurgen Klopp’s men controlled the game well and secured a solid 2-0 victory away from home.
Let’s take a look at how each Liverpool player performed during the match against the Seagulls.
