In a recent report, Sky Germany mentioned that Liverpool are among several clubs hoping to land Karim Adeyemi from Red Bull Salzburg. It is believed that the Reds are facing stiff competition from Paris Saint-Germain, Red Bull Leipzig and a few other clubs in pursuit of the German forward.
Adeyemi’s Excellent Form At The Red Bull Arena
Adeyemi is having a sensational campaign in the Austrian Bundesliga as he has produced a run of eye-catching performances as the focal point of Salzburg’s attack. The 20-year-old has banged in 19 goals and provided four assists in 34 matches for the Austrian outfit this season across all fronts.
The Munchen-born talent has caught the eye with his performances in Europe where he is averaging 2.0 shots, 0.8 key passes and 1.1 dribbles per 90 minutes in the UEFA Champions League.
However, he needs to work on improving his ball distribution after making only 56% of his attempted passes in European football (stats via whoscored).

Is Adeyemi A Good Fit For Liverpool?
Adeyemi has got electric pace under his belt and can make some dangerous runs behind the opposition backline. He has transformed himself into a lethal finisher in front of the opponent’s goal and has done well to chip in by picking up a few important assists as well.
The German sensation has got the potential to become a generational talent in the future. Thus, it is no wonder that a top club such as Liverpool are among the clubs looking to secure his signature.
