Thibaut Courtois will operate in goal for Los Blancos after keeping a clean sheet in his last league clash. Nacho will function alongside Eder Militao at the heart of Ancelotti’s defence as they focus on keeping another shutout at home.
Dani Carvajal will fill in at right-back while Ferland Mendy hopes to impress on the other side as the left-back. Both of them will need to be at the top of their game if the Madrid giants are to come out on top this weekend.
Lucas Vazquez will offer cover for the right-back position on the bench.

Casemiro will anchor the midfield for Los Blancos while Toni Kroos and Federico Valverde act as the creative outlets at the centre of the park.
As mentioned earlier, Luka Modic will be rested on the bench as he waits for his opportunity to make an impact in the second half if needed.
Attack
Vinicius Junior will operate as the left-sided wide player while Marco Asensio hopes to give a good account of himself down the right flank.
Karim Benzema will spearhead Ancelotti’s attack in the attacking end of the field. The French striker scored the only goal of the game versus Vallecano, so he will be full of confidence ahead of this game.
Luka Jovic and Rodrygo will be available for selection on the bench and might come on to influence the game in the latter stages if required.
