Tottenham Hotspur entertained Brighton and Hove Albion at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium earlier tonight as they hoped to secure a win at home and book a place in the next round of the FA Cup. Spurs made a bright start to the game and took the lead in the 13th minute courtesy of a stunning strike from Harry Kane. Solly March scored an unfortunate own goal for the Seagulls just 11 minutes later which gave the North London giants a 2-0 lead at half-time.
Yves Bissouma got a goal back for Brighton in the 63rd minute when he found the back of the net with a deflected attempt. Just three minutes later, Harry Kane made qualification secured for his team when he netted another goal as Spurs cruised to an impressive 3-1 win at the English capital.
