Real Madrid entertained Granada at the Santiago Bernabeu Stadium earlier tonight as they hoped to secure all three points at home. Los Blancos made a bright start to the game but could not take any of their chances as they went into the half-time break with a goalless scoreline.
The home team pushed on in search of the opener and finally found it in the 74th minute when Marco Asensio scored with an excellent strike from long range. The contest ended with Carlo Ancelotti’s men earning a narrow 1-0 win at the Spanish capital.

The Croatia international anchored the midfield well and showed some flashes of his brilliance in the opposition half.

Camavinga tried his best to protect his backline and engineered a couple of inviting chances for others around him. He got substituted at half-time.

He caused a few problems for the opposition but didn’t do enough to find the back of the net.
RW: Marco Asensio – 8.5/10
The Spaniard created a lot of headaches for the Granada defenders and scored the only goal of the game with a brilliant strike from distance.

He made a few great runs with the ball and orchestrated some meaningful openings for his teammates.

Rodrygo had a few bright moments in the game but didn’t do enough to score. He got replaced after the hour mark.
