In a recent report, Marca stated that Real Madrid have joined the race to land Fulham playmaker Fabio Carvalho. It is believed that Los Blancos will face competition from Liverpool and Barcelona in pursuit of the English prospect.
Carvalho’s Excellent Form In English Football This Season
The 19-year-old is having an outstanding campaign at Craven Cottage after performing at a high level as a key member of Fulham’s attack. Carvalho has banged in eight goals and provided four assists in 20 matches for the Cottagers this season in all competitions.
The English talent has been one of the best performers in Marco Silva’s first team as he is averaging 1.3 tackles, 2.1 shots, 1.8 key passes and 1.3 dribbles per 90 minutes in the Premier League. He has even been accurate when distributing possession in the attacking end of the field, as evidenced by his pass completion rate of 81.2% in the top tier of English football (stats via whoscored).
