In a recent tweet, SIC Noticias journalist Pedro Sepulveda claimed that Tottenham Hotspur have launched a €45m offer to recruit Luis Diaz from FC Porto this month. It has been stated that Spurs are keen on getting a deal done for the Colombia international before the transfer deadline next week.

Diaz’s Outstanding Form In Portuguese Football This Season
Diaz has enjoyed the best season of his playing career and has managed to give a good account of himself on the left side of Porto’s attack. The 25-year-old has registered 16 goals and six assists in 28 matches for the Portuguese outfit in this campaign across various competitions.
The Barrancas-born sensation has been a consistent performer in the final third based on his average of 3.5 shots, 2.2 key passes and 2.6 dribbles per 90 minutes in Liga Bwin. Diaz can use his pace and agility to make some driving runs with the ball in the final third and can make some promising chances for his teammates to find the back of the net.
