The defender from VfL Wolfsburg is being tipped for a direct switch to RB Leipzig, but it seems the Lilywhites keen on hijacking a potential deal. They have already explored the possibility of signing Lacroix and are joined by Chelsea, Borussia Dortmund in this chase.

Maxence Lacroix emerged as one of the rising stars in the Bundesliga after Wolfsburg last summer. Formerly of FC Sochaux, the defender enjoyed a highly successful season under the leadership of Oliver Glasner.
