According to a recent report by the Glasgow Times, Celtic youngster Liam Burt is set to depart the Parkhead club at the end of his contract tenure. The report claims that the forward, who has also spent time at the Celts’ Old Firm rivals Rangers, will not be offered an extension by Lennon when his current terms with the club expire on June 30. It has further been clarified that the player isn’t short on options if he is indeed forced to leave Parkhead later this month.
