According to a recent report by the Independent, Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp recently said at a media gathering that the likelihood that the transfer rumours surrounding Borussia Dortmund’s Jadon Sancho developed from his Liverpool camp was extremely bleak. Although the German admitted that the former Manchester City product is a ‘very good player’, he went on to claim that he didn’t know where these rumours were coming from.
He further went on to comment on the matter and say that if they were involved in talks with the Englishman, nobody would still know as it would be done behind-the-scenes. He dismissed all speculation when he concluded by claiming that there was absolutely nothing to say about it. The report suggests that the manager had previously voiced his appreciation for the Englishman’s talents back when he was still at Manchester City, despite the fact that City would never sell him to one of their title rivals, Liverpool.
