Moraes currently plies his trade for Belgian outfit Club Brugge. It is believed that the forward will be available for £16m. The Brazilian forward had an impressive campaign for his side as he scored 17 goals in all competitions and provided with ten assists as well.
Reports add that Moraes is also in contact with Serie A outfit Lazio, but the striker is keen on playing in the Premier League. He is also excited to join the Magpies.
