It was a scintillating match between Everton and Liverpool at Goodison Park as the hosts were resilient enough to prevent their rivals from the other side of the town getting the better of them. Jurgen Klopp will be nowhere near satisfied with his side’s performance as Liverpool have now slipped in the race for supremacy in the Premier League with Manchester City taking the pole position at the top of the table at the end of this gameweek.
Everton, on the other hand, have consolidated their position in the top ten with a very important point. The Toffees would be hoping to keep their cool with the business end of the season already started.
Here is how people reacted on Twitter after Everton’s hard-fought draw against arch-rivals Liverpool.
Some spoke about Jurgen Klopp “blaming” the wind saying that it made things difficult for his side in the derby.

Some people also spoke about why Liverpool have fallen off the pace in the title race.
Fine margins likely to be costly! if we score 1 of the 2 key chances Salah had knowing Everton this season we would’ve ran them over imo. 2 wins from 6 isn’t good enough… …. …. …. ….
