The same report claims that the English youngster was earlier frustrated due to the lack of game time under Jose Mourinho. However, he has seen a recent turn of fortunes and now wants to stay with the Red Devils.
United have won three consecutive matches in a row in the Premier League since Ole Gunnar Solskjær’s arrival as the club’s new interim boss for the rest of this campaign. There is a real chance that Rashford might be able to reignite his career under the Norwegian manager. However, he recently suffered a minor setback after limping off against Bournemouth and is now a significant doubt to start in Man United’s upcoming clash away at Newcastle United.
Despite finding his game time restricted at the club, the English wonderkid has managed to score six goals and grab six assists in 23 matches for the Reds of Manchester this season.
Rashford came through the youth ranks of his boyhood club and has finally established himself as an England international under Gareth Southgate. He has managed to earn 31 international caps for the Three Lions during his career and has six goals to his name for his country.
Missing out on Rashford will be a massive blow for Real Madrid and their chances of securing some silverware at the Spanish capital in the coming years. The 21-year-old striker is blessed with outstanding pace and is also a very efficient dribbler with the ball at his feet. The Manchester-born talent has also shown in the past that he has a knack for scoring and creating goals as evidenced by his record this season.
