According to Sportwitness, Arsenal have been linked with a move for Senegalese striker M’baye Niang, who currently plies his trade for the Italian club, Torino. However, they will have to pay €15m for the forward, who had a decent World Cup campaign in Russia this summer.
The reports also confirm that the player was being pursued by the Ligue 1 club Nice, however, the Serie A club is not interested in letting the player leave on loan as demanded by the French outfit. They are looking to let him leave on a permanent basis and have slapped a price tag of €15m on him.
The English club already have a couple of quality strikers in their lineup in the form of Alexandre Lacazette and Pierre Emerick-Aubameyang but are now interested to add more firepower to their arsenal and are looking to bring in the 23-year-old African ace to their squad this summer. Unai Emery seems determined to make his first season in the Premier League a memorable one and it looks like he already has his work cut out for that.
However, the Premier League giants are set to face competition from the Ligue 1 club Bordeaux, who are also reported to be interested in the player. The French outfit has recently lost their attacking ace Malcom to Spanish giants Barcelona and it seems that they are now targetting the Senegalese forward to fill in the void left behind by the Brazilian.

The 23-year-old striker had made 18 appearances for the Serie A club in the last season and had scored four goals for them as well. He had also chipped in with one assist and that seems to be good enough figures for the Gunners to lure him to the Emirates this summer.
