Stoke City are lining up a move for Southampton striker Sam Gallagher this summer. According to recent reports, the Potters are planning to make a swoop of the English forward during this summer transfer period. It is believed that Stoke boss Gary Rowett is reportedly preparing a £7m bid for the English ace as he looks to strengthen his attacking options ahead of the new season.
Some sources are now claiming that the South-coast club are ready to part ways with Gallagher so that they can fund a move for Liverpool forward Danny Ings this summer. The Saints centre-forward went out on loan at Birmingham City last season and scored 7 goals at the St. Andrews which has not gone unnoticed by the Potters. It has been suggested that Rowett is ready to table an official bid in pursuit of the English frontman’s signature.
