Leicester City will travel to Watford on Boxing Day at the back of a dramatic display at home against Manchester United in which they secured a credible draw through the last gasp equaliser by Harry Maguire. Kasper Schmeichel is set to start in goal for the Foxes and might be protected by a back four of Wes Morgan and Harry Maguire at the heart of the defence while Ben Chilwell operates in the left-back position and Danny Simpson plays in the right-hand side of the backline pending he overcomes his injury.
Claude Puel’s men have conceded 28 goals in 19 league matches and will look to improve on their defensive record as they strive to close the gap to 7th placed Burnley in the league standings.
Midfield
Wilfred Ndidi and Vicente Iborra will anchor the Leicester midfielder while Marc Albrighton continues to use his pace on the left flank and Riyad Mahrez looks to cut in and create plays from the right side.
