Chelsea have already lost three matches in the Premier League this term, with back to back defeats against Manchester City and Crystal Palace. It has been a start far from expected from the reigning Premier League champions and they are now eyeing redemption desperately.
The Blues are currently suffering from the lack of quality in their attacking lineup with their main weapon Alvaro Morata still struggling to get back onto the pitch after an injury kept him out of the side in their last match against the Eagles.
Though they have a decent striker in the form of Michy Batshuayi in their lineup, he has not been able to establish himself as the one to lead the attack for the West London club so far in his tenure.
On the other hand, among the plethora of youngsters who were sent on loan to play for other clubs, a number of them have been performing well for their new outfits. One such player, Tammy Abraham, has attracted praise from a number of experts and is playing a very important role as the main man in the attack for Swansea City.
The 20-year-old English forward also spent the last season at the Championship club Bristol City. He has performed exceptionally well for Swansea when he was sent on another loan stint at the start of the season. He has already scored four goals for his side including a brace in their last match to clinch a much-needed victory for his side against the Premier League newcomers Huddersfield Town.
Known for his goal scoring ability, the player has been a regular member of the English youth squad over the last few years and has made a name for himself with his committed display for his side. He was, however, not given much time to show his skills for Chelsea and was eventually sent out on loan.
Though the Welsh club has not been able to make a mark in the Premier League with only two wins so far, the English youngster has been the standout performer for them and has established himself as a dependable entity in their squad.
The player has been tipped to make a return to Stamford Bridge once the season is over and with the possibility that he might replace Batshuayi as their back up striker. Given that this season is his first one as a regular starter in the top flight, there is huge space for improvement for the 20-year-old to become a prolific striker at Chelsea in the near future.
