West Ham United have started their season in the worst possible way, having lost all their three matches this term so far. The Hammers have been beaten all ends up against their opponents so far and are currently tottering at the last position on the league table.
The fans are naturally displeased with the kind of form their club is in at the present moment and are demanding some major changes to be brought into the side. Some of them are also in the favour of the removal of their current manager Slaven Bilic, with the Croatian not being able to deliver the results as promised at in the start of the season.
The Hammers have not been able to achieve anything significant in the last term as well due to the unavailability of quality players in their side. This summer, however, the East London club are looking to make amends for the mistakes that pulled them down in the last term and have brought in a number of top class players into the club this summer in the form of Javier “Chicharito” Hernandez, Joe Hart, Pablo Zabaleta and Marko Arnautovic in order to revamp their squad for the new season.
However, it seems that the changes have failed to work the way they were supposed to, and results have been far from positive recently. This has cast a dark shadow on the career of the Croatian mastermind, which might be over by the end of this season if the results tend to go in favour of the opposition teams, as they are currently happening for West Ham United.
The club management has been quite patient in their approach so far regarding the strategies and policies of their Croatian gaffer, who has been associated with the team since his arrival at the club in the year 2015. He was immensely inspirational in his first term as a manager and secured a seventh place finish in the Premier League table for the Hammers.
However, the form did not last long, as the Hammers slipped to a 11th position finish in the last term, leading to the fans getting disappointed with the tactics of the ex-Croatia international and former Croatian National team coach.
It goes without saying that the coming days will be testing time for the West Ham United manager and he has to prove his worth to the club authority as well as the fans. However, it will be wrong to not give him a few more matches before they consider sacking him. Do you think Bilic needs to go already?
